The 2025 MANA Fall Meeting will be held September 13-14, 2025, at the Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort, Ocean City, MD. We appreciate the support our exhibitors give to the association when they register for our meetings and/or sponsor an activity or item. - Exhibitor set up starting at 6:00 AM (if set up was not done on Friday)
- Exhibit from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Attendee break with exhibitors at 10:00 AM
- Attendee break with exhibitors at 2:30 PM
Sunday, September 14th
- Exhibit from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Attendee break with exhibitors at 10:00 AM
- Tear down at 11:00 AM
- Meeting ends at 12:30 PM

FAQs
What is an exhibitor passport card and why should I donate a prize for it?
Each meeting attendee is given a passport card at check-in with the names of each exhibitor/sponsor. The meeting attendees complete their cards by visiting each exhibitor’s table. The donating exhibitor will be described while winners are selected/drawn.
Do I need to be in the exhibit hall on Saturday and Sunday?
We ask that exhibitors be available during designated exhibit hall hours and breaks listed under the schedule section.
How many people attend the meeting?
We are expecting roughly 100 - 135 attendees including CRNAs and SRNAs.
What is on the attendee list?
The attendee list has names, designations, emails, and organizations of attendees who opted-in to share their information during registration.
