MANA is broken down into 5 districts.

The counties for each district include:

District I: Garrett, Allegany, Washington, Fredrick, Carroll, Montgomery, Howard

District II: Baltimore

District III: Baltimore City

District IV: Harford, Cecil, Kent, Caroline, Queen Anne, Talbot, Dorchester, Somerset, Worchester, Wicomico

District V: Prince George, Anne Arundel, Charles, Clavert, St. Mary's
